I went through 3 Interview process.
First - The Informal Interview: This was to get to know me, why I applied, and how I align with the job/company. It was more like a screening call after I had been shortlisted.
Second - The formal interview: This was a technical interview to judge competency with the hiring manager and a member of the team. It covers skills and scenario-based questions related to the job being applied for.
Third—Roleplay and Cultural Fit: I was given a scenario to analyse and present (usually in a few minutes) with the manager and a member of the team I was to work with, followed by cultural questions to determine if I would fit within the team and organisation at large.
