had an HR interview, then a technical round with the hiring manager, a lot of questions / discussions about past experiences, and some technical questions. Then a couple weeks later there was an Onsite, they flew me to their HQ in Switzerland, had a 2 hour interview with 2 members of senior managements, more technical questions about Crypto, FX and Trading in general. Smooth process, HR is a nice person and very responsive.
