First stage is online, 2nd is on the phone 3 th is in real life. Different languages and settings , questions about personal life and aviation. Knowledge of languages is a must!

Easy questions.
2 rounds of interview. Basic questions related to customer service and previous experience or relevant qualifications. As well as questions around shift patterns and if able to do those hours.

Entrevista
3 interviewers would take turns interviewing, they would take 2 candidates into the room and take turns interviewing them. It was fun, not stressful and the women were all very kind.

Got a phone call from the recruiter. It was just about 5 minutes to ask some questions. The recruiter was very kind and nice, and the questions were not that serious.
