The process started with a recruiter screen followed by a take-home assignment that meant I had to do a presentation for EMs in the next interview. After that there was a roleplay interview with a Senior Manager, a round with the CTO and a final round with the CEO. Overall I was pleased with the interaction, everyone was friendly and cordial. The CEO conversation was the weirdest as it focused a lot on the crypto ecosystem and motivations, which makes sense, but could have been handled better. I was told I would be getting an offer by the CEO at the end of the call and later got an email stating that he had changed his mind. Could have been handled better, since everyone else was super friendly and acomodating.
