1) Two line exams--verbal and quantitative--around 20-30 mins. each
2) One-on-one behavioral-based interview with HR Representative
3) Phone interview with line manager
4) Assessment Day
4a) 10 minute PowerPoint presentation followed by Q&A
4b) computer-based personality assessment
4c) team case interview (work with other candidates to solve a problem)
4d) role playing
5d) fact finder
