The interview went pretty well. I had applied internally so I got the interview quite quickly. However, there was the issue that my conditions at that time were below what was usual in the company, and when I was told that with the internal move they would remain the same I lost interest. Funnily enough I was recently contacted by a recruiter and he confirmed to me that they wanted to pay me almost 20K less than the budget. Btw, if you are applying, the budget is 150K, and the bonus is between 5-15K
