The interview process was detailed and well organised, The interview was both run remote then later stages in the office, The staff were very open with the answers to my questions and also professional and made me feel comfortable. The interview was challenging enough that i could tell getting the right candidate was really important to them. it was extremely evident that the technical director was an expert in his field and that he cared deeply about what he had set to achieve and whom he employed to help make that dream a reality. This was absolutely the most powerful pull to work for this company and the decision to decline the offer was purely made by the location and counter offer by my current employer. I feel that this would have been a fantastic company to work for and grow with.
