Quick, although it took forever to get any process done with the company while trying to get the interview or the position. The interview itself was simple and fairly straight forward. Mostly they wanted to know what I would be able to bring to the terminal. Each terminal operated fairly interdependently within the company so every terminal id looking for different types of people for similar positions. Their main concern was if I was going to be a good fit for what they were looking for. It took at least 35 days from the time of the interview until they called me in for my pre-employment drug screen. Once they call you in for a drug screen you only have 8 hours to comply or you will not be hired. It's a little hard to do that when you have another job and their in house facility has normal 8am-6pm hours.
