The interview was conducted entirely online with both the team leader and the recruiter present. I had the opportunity to present my work and share insights into my design process. Following the presentation, they introduced their internal team structure and explained how they manage workflow and collaboration across departments. The session continued with a series of thoughtful questions about my experience, followed by an engaging discussion about the Swatch Group’s brand values, company culture, and how the role aligns with their broader vision.
