Initial phone call then invite to interview. One of the poorest & unprofessional interview processes I have seen. My initial 'Invite to interview' email was addressed to another candidate & immediately set the alarm bells ringing as to the competency of the sender. Interview location was a pub... When I entered at the appropriate time there was nobody from the business to meet me. I sat down for 15 mins after my allotted interview time then had to start approaching people to see if they were the ones I was due to meet & eventually found my contact upstairs. Come on guys if you are going to use such a location to interview, at least be on the lookout for candidates & don't sit on your laptop oblivious to all. Interview lasted 25 mins before being abruptly ended & I was back on the street wondering why I bothered. I was asked to visit a store prior to my interview & produce a SWOT, which I did. This was not even asked for during the interview so I wasted 1/2 a day & money to research & produce this. Apparently I was not the correct 'fit', whatever that means........

I applied online, Was called the same day by HR, later that day I had Face to Face interview with DM. 2 days later I had Phone interview with HR Dir. One week later I had phone Interview with Director of Brand. 2 days later I was made an offer. Total time 2 weeks.

No question was too hard to answer seeing I have over 15 years exp as a store manager. Every question I had an answer for which is why i was offered the job and paid a great Salary.
