Entrevista
I applied online and received a call the following day to attend a face to face interview. The interview was quite lengthy ( about 40 minutes) but the Manager was very nice and we had a good chat inbetween interview questions. I got called back on the same day and was offered the position.

Entrevista
I was referred by a friend. They were very friendly, assistant manager was taking notes and her and the manager took turns in asking me questions. Simple questions, then told me to sell a collection to them in a roleplay scenario. Then asked some admin questions, as expected.
