Met with store manager for first interview. We spoke for about 45 minutes. She asked about my retail background (I have 5 years experience) as well as my current full time job. (I applied for a part time position.) She asked what I know about Swarovski, why I'd be interested in working for the company, what I liked about retail. I was then called for a second interview with the District Manager. She asked similar questions, but mostly spoke to me about the company and her expectations.
