I applied online and was contacted via email for an interview within a few days. The interview was quite long and had a lot of questions about sales experience and how I would fit with Swarovski. I was offered the position at the end of the interview before I left and given a start date.

The person was very kind and just asked me questions about myself.
"how old are you?" "why would you want to work here?" "tell me about yourself" "we have to work with people here, how did you work with people in the past?"

Entrevista
Asked me my availability ( i was still doing a levels at the time), offered me a interview, interview went really well but then got a call saying that they need people who can work during the morning/day. Why ask my availability and bring for an interview if you knew our availability wouldn’t match up??

Entrevista
It was very simple and I was asked questions regarding previous work challenges I handled, what are my strengths and weaknesses and what is most important in customer service. I was also asked about my technical skills on whether i know how to use POS system or not.
