Very strange interview process. I was called in the same day I applied for the job. I came early, so they had their front desk person show me around. I was introduced to everyone, but no one seemed very friendly. I asked the Graphic Designer I would be replacing if she liked her job, and she said very shakily "Erm... yeah..." which did not seem very definite. The interview started with one of the owners, then the other came in later. It seemed very relaxed, however, my portfolio was not reviewed before I went to the interview. I found it strange that the first owner seemed very uninterested in seeing any of my work. At the end of the interview, I was asked for a list of references, which I gave, and I was told they would get back to me early the next week. I never heard back from them which I found a bit rude, but not uncommon.
