Interview consists of three stages:
1. HR that gives you info about company. No info about project.
2. Project manager and tech guy interview.
Project manager barely could read the info about project from her screen.
Tech guy asked a lot of questions that do not relate to the actual work. Some dumb questions like "how fast unit tests should run?". Too many focus on testing including some automation QA questions that is not relevant for position. He gave some unreal code to analyse (literally that code normal developer would not write).
They seek will-do-everything guy for a legacy project for which they even don't know what types of tasks you will be doing there. They selling a "cat in the bag".
3. Tech interview with the customer.
They don't deliver what they promise. They told that they will give me feedback by end of the week, but I had to ask for it myself.
The feedback was a made-up excuse about requirements that was in "will be a plus" section and I have mentioned multiple times before the interview that I haven't worked with that. After I asked about real reason, they ignored me. So I assume they rejected me due to some bias or discrimination.
