The interview process in Svaya Robotics follows simple procedure.
Step 1 - HR will screen the candidates
Step 2 - HR will share the reviewed cvs to hiring managers.
Step 3 - Hiring Manager to shortlist or Reject as per the role requirement.
Step 4 - Interview 1 - Written/Technical - Depends on experience. If selected
Step 5 - Interview 2 - Technical 2/Code Test, if selected
Step 6 - HR Round, if selected
Step 7 - Managing Director Round.
