The interview process has 2-3 stages depending on the department. A HR interview with behavioral questions, a technical one focused on the technical knowledge but it also has some behavioral questions and sometimes one more with the upper management

The first interview was screening phone call with the HR, where they try to learn about your experience and your stack used. They also present the project.
Then two technical interviews, one with sr. Engineers, and the other one with the engineering manager

Entrevista
One phone call interview with HR clarifying any administrative information. One technical interview with two senior or principal developers. For some they may do a codility test before the technical interview, but I was not required to do it.
