There were 3 steps to the interview process to get the job. First there was a phone screening where we talked for 30-45 minutes, then there is an analytics test involved as the second step. Third step is a 90 minute interview to try and solidify yourself as a good candidate.

The process had many steps spread over several weeks. I got the response after more than 3 months since the last discussion and got absolutely no feedback about why being rejected.
