Not a good start... the interviewer was not able to log onto the Teams call and I was waiting in the lobby for 15 minutes. I was given the wrong telephone number for the interviewer so I couldn't call to find out what was happening! When we finally got started I discovered that the interviewer had only been with the company for 4 days. She started the process by saying "I can see you're an experienced coach and facilitator; well we don't need any of that..." I have never been contacted by the recruiter (Reed) or the company with any feedback
