I was contacted by recruiter after applying online.The recruiter scheduled a Phone screen. Typical screening questions. I was contacted 2 months later for the panel interview with Sr Leadership. Panel interview was straight forward no difficult questions. Mostly behavior style questions

Saturn is one of the largest employers in this area and they're hiring a lot. As a result, they have forgotten the human touch and providing a better candidate experience. As experienced HR professional when I interview with other HR professionals, I expect them to do better. They have such volume that they rely on their work day. They have such volume that they rely on their work day enterprise software. They don't build relationship with their candidates either before or during the interview process. The 30 minute scheduled interview was only held for 20 minutes and it was rushed and their process is not very welcoming. The hiring manager was chewing gum while interviewing me. That's not very professional.
