I had an interview for an LVN position at Sutter Health urgent care in Auburn. I walked up to the front and explained to the two ladies sitting there that I had an interview. They were both rude and unprofessional. I sat in the lobby and waited 45 minutes past my interview time. I should have left but I really wanted this job. After, I was called back the two ladies that interviewed me spent about 8 minutes asking questions. At the end, they proceeded to say, “can you find your own way out”. It was ironic cause during the interview they discussed how great it was to work there and how all their coworkers were amazing. I didn’t get that vibe and dodged a bullet. I understand you’re busy but if you already had someone in mind to hire next time don’t waste my time. Maybe walk your candidates out after too!
