"I recently had an interview for a voice process. The process started with a phone screening, where they asked about my previous experience and why I was interested in the role. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview, which included a panel of three interviewers. They asked a mix of behavioral questions, such as how I handle tight deadlines, and situational questions, like how I would approach launching a new product. Overall, it was a challenging but rewarding experience, and I felt I was able to showcase my skills effectively."

These questions assess your communication skills, problem-solving abilities, customer service approach, and how well you can handle the demands of the job.
The interview mainly checked our communication skills. Beyond that, I wasn’t sure about the process, so I just tried to respond with whatever answers I could manage in the interview

The HR was very rude. She behaved badly. This situation made me not go with the process. Assessment test always showed error code. No assistance from assistant hr. So I had to log out of assessment test.
