I received a screening interview shortly after applying. The interview was conducted in an informal and efficient manner. At the conclusion of the interview, they mentioned that they would provide an update by the end of the following week regarding the next steps. Despite sending a post-interview thank-you email and a subsequent update request, they did not receive any response. While these processes can be dynamic and unpredictable, it would have been appreciated to receive some communication regarding the outcome.
