Did an OR, had a HR call. Then I was sent a Take home assessment in which I submitted in 4 days. Never received a reply after that, just got an automated rejection email. If you're going to ask people to do assessments that takes 10+ hours, the LEAST you can do is take 5 minutes to give a personalized feedback on what I can do better next time. But they literally don't care.
