The interview process was long (4 in total). It started off with a call from HR, followed by 3 more interviews with different parties (Marketing Manager, Group Marketing Manager, GM and Senior Retail Manager).

Lengthy interview process which took about 5 weeks, total of 5 conference calls with multiple managers up to COO level, indicating to me that higher level do not trust their subordinates or they just don't have anything better to do? Best part is all that effort is for peanuts pay, ironic as their main objective is for people to spend more at their mall and how are people able to do so with big corporations such as theirs so keen on oppressing people?
