I had 3 interviews. The company is very easy to communicate and plan with. Communication via email was great. Everyone answered all the questions I had and they were very straightforward about timing and pay expectations.

one short phone call from HR rep who I could not understand because she was talking on speakerphone. I asked that she take me off speakerphone, but she ignored me. After I passed the phone interview, I was emailed three tests, which took about 1.5 hours to complete. I heard back three days later that I was not chosen. I believe that the testing was too long and involved to be asking this of an interviewee. Though I have 12 years experience in AR, a quiz ultimately determines the hiring. Don't waste your time, they are not even paying a competitive wage!
