HR do not know for which position management is taking interview. HR told me that interview is for Principle Engineer position but management shortlisting for sr. Software Engineer. So be clear when you go for interview with them. Process is very slow, it took more then 1 month for 3 rounds of interviews Round 1 - Technical Round 2 - Technical + Managerial Round 3 - HR
