3 interviews including 1 cooking demo. Had 2 meetings with the Resident Chef then 1 fifteen minute demo (for the chef and store manager). Had to spend $15 and do a 15 minute cooking demo in 15 minutes or less.

Took hours and meeting with more than one person. Could have had to do a demo for a couple of people.

Tell me about a time when you really made a difference at a past job (or something like that). They had a bunch of questions like that - asking for past performance. Not your typical interview questions.
