Phone screen from recruiter. Interview with recruiter, by phone. Interview with manager, by phone. Interview with owner, by video. Personality test. Accounting test. Supply 2 client references and 1 other reference. Criminal background check. The entire process moved fast and they made me an offer within 3 weeks. This was too much for this basic bookkeeping role.

Describe your remote working. How do you prioritize clients. What software have you used. How do you handle miro-management (red flag).
Had 4 interviews prior to receiving an offer. They were all with great people. Direct questions mixed with pleasant conversation. Usually had 2 or more people interviewing each time. The interview process lasted over a month.

You receive two separate emails detailing the tests you will have to take. If you pass the tests, there is an interview with HR and then with the team lead.

Easy scheduling process and quick responses. But lots of interviews with different managers Had an interview with a manager after having one with an MD! Usually it is the opposite.
