It was waaaaaaaaaaaay too lengthy. 2 rounds of interviews is standard, but when you sit with 3 different people each time, with 10+ minutes in between each person where they leave you in a room by yourself is just odd and impolite. After that, I was brought in for a “trial”where I sat with a couple people and shadowed them. But I wasn’t officially “hired” yet which is incredibly strange. I was glad I didn’t get an offer after I noticed that everyone, including the COO, seemed to be under 30...meaning everyone else has left.
