You are met by several employees of the company including HR department, managers, as well as current customer service reps. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming and made you feel comfortable. I've never experienced an interview where I felt like everyone at the company was actually happy to be there. I even got to have one of the office dogs sit in on my second round of interviews!

Took a while to start interview, but once it started it went by quickly. The lady who interviewed me was very sweet! Questions were very easy to answer and the whole process took about 5 minutes.

Indeed Video Interview was set up through the Indeed website. The interviewer left me in the waiting room for 30 minutes and even though the number of people in line ahead of me went down the time always said it would be a 15-minute wait.

The Zoom meeting link I was sent did not. I immediately reached out and was provided a new meeting link, which also did not work. Due to time/ tight scheduling, I was told they would need to reschedule my interview. That was on Friday. Then Monday morning I received an email stating the position had been filled.
