I had a friend that had been recently hired on with SHC, her boss (Karen Davis) was hiring and I submitted my resume. I interviewed twice with SHC, the first time they could not offer my desired salary, then the next time they had contacted to let me know that they were now able to meet that salary. It was a pretty informal interview, possibly because I was a friend of a current employee. Karen Davis seemed nice, but she made it clear that they were desperate to find someone to fill the position.
