I was contacted almost immediately after applying. We set up an interview for the end of the week. The first interview was just a meet and great so they could narrow down the candidates. I answered a few questions about my interests; we didn't talk much about experiences. I got a call back for a second round interview early next week. The first part of the interview was very laid back, with one of the employees taking you to lunch and describing the job. The second part was a little more formal, and about consisted of a more traditional interview discussing my experiences with the manager.
