The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with an initial call with a Talent Partner, followed by a take-home case assessment. After submitting it, I had a live interview with two Executive Creative Directors to review the case and discuss my experience. The process was challenging but fair, and focused on both strategic and creative thinking.
