Very slow process and you need to chase them for replies all the way. They started really interested in me then after 2 weeks of communication, I finally got to chat with their head of engineering who didn't seem interested at all in the chat and said he will send a code test. 2 days later he sent the test which took a lot of effort to complete in the time allowed with an output more than what they asked for but then 3 days later I was then faced with a very cold unreasonable feedback that assumed that you are creating perfection in 3 hours time although their brief mentioned that they are not looking for 100% complete application or perfection but they picked on the smallest possible issues they can find. I replied to their feedback but they didn't care to reply back.
