First call was with the recruiter who was extremely detailed about expectations for the entire process. From there I met with the hiring manager, then 3 other internal stakeholders and finally the CCO. Every conversation was different, which I appreciated because it showed their interest in the role's impact across the organization and allowed me to showcase my skillset and experience. The offer came within a few days of the last call along with a more detailed email about benefits.
