The interview process was extremely laborious — and unnecessarily so at that. While the application, initial screening call, and 1-hour case study were all reasonable, the final round case study was disproportionately demanding. It was framed as a 4-hour assignment but ended up taking far longer because it asked for a comprehensive, well-researched campaign strategy for a product launch. For a role that emphasizes learning and mentorship (and is significantly undercompensated), the expectations felt excessive. Completing the assignment without extensive use of online resources (which they permitted) would have been nearly impossible. Additionally, there was a lot of ambiguity around the final interview itself; it wasn’t clear whether it would focus on presenting the case study or answering more behavioral questions, which made the latter half of the process unnecessarily stressful.

I initially interviewed in June with an HR screening. I then progressed to round 2, which involved a case interview requiring me to fill in missing KPIs and answer some questions within an hour. I received a rejection email later that week. Unexpectedly, in late August, I was invited to present my case, which involved an additional hour-long interview with senior teams members. After round 3, I received an automated rejection email from HR. Overall, I found the communication and process frustrating. The requirements for two extensive case studies, coupled with the lack of feedback, seemed overly demanding for an entry-level training program.
