Shockingly bad..the worst interview experience I've ever had. First the recruiter didn't show up for the initial Google Meet screening call, TWICE. I then reached out directly to another HR employee to find out what was going on and they offered to interview me themselves, so I decided to give them another chance. They apologized and said that it's never their intention to ghost people, and then that is exactly what they proceeded to do. Such a waste of time. Please have some respect for people who are putting in the time to research and prepare!
