Don’t know beyond 1st round. Been a week nothing has been heard. Questions asked were still surface level in technicality. And will get harder round by round but forces to know technically what you did inside and out.

The most unprofessional interview experience I've ever had. 3 middle aged men came in for my interview. They outright expects me to interview in Mandarin. I could do that, sure, but that just informs me that this company is full of nepotism. Then, one stepped out for a call and never came back. 2nd guy was nice and very honest about the job itself and potential OT, then the third guy just berates me, virtue signaling me as a whole of Gen Z being lazy, leaving work on time just to go home and play video games, hangout with girlfriends instead of being loyal to the job. What do these imbeciles really expect? If they all they want is to offer you a pay that's 20% lower than the average San Jose tech industry, I'm leaving after I finish everything, or else offer an hourly pay with standard OT rules. Very typical Asian company work-life culture. After the interview, all the production tech are out on break and nearly half of them uses cigarettes. That definitely tells something. The interviewer asked me to follow up with HR regarding take-home assessment for this position. But based on my experience, I'm not going to pursue this opportunity, or this company as a whole. Company's financial integrity issue already showed on the stock crash back in mid 2024. I hope Nvidia drop this company as their partner.
