The interview process was a lengthy one. It was a weekly interview as you move up the food chain. All the interviews where between 6pm and 9 pm ET on a Friday. After the last interview with the COO I was told that the paperwork was submitted to HR. Weeks went by with no response from anyone about the offer. I passed up on other opportunities for I was told or lead to believe HR was just taking their time. I tracked down the lead recruiter and he explained to me that the individuals I interviewed were not the management for this position. I asked if I what was next, and he stated that we need to start over. One more month went by after being ghosted again to find out that they do not have an open request as posted on LinkedIn.
