The interview moved quickly at first, consisting of four back-to-back interviews with different team members. The questions were technical and focused on real-world supply chain scenarios. However, the post-interview experience was disappointing. Despite sending personalized follow-up emails to each of the four interviewers, I was completely ghosted. No status update, no rejection, and no response to my outreach.
