I met with Weston who impressed me immediately with his honesty and sincerity. Weston respectfully and professionally explained that I was overqualified for this position. I realized that he had several other potential candidates to interview so I thanked him for his time and we shook hands. I walked out the door without an offer but a great respect and appreciation for being respected and treated so well.
