Several rounds, starting with group interviews then you get selected or not for individual interviews. Key is knowing answer to what is the key role of a flight attendant. Those who say customer service, do not move forward the key is to know you are there for SAFETY!

Entrevista
Was called for an interview during mass hiring. Will conduct the interview in person. If selected, you undergo a long training period and get certified to being a flight attendant. There is a swim portion to the training so please.. make sure you can tread water and swim. Also, you must get 90% or more on an exam. Anything below that is a fail. If you fail you can do a retest for maximum of 2 times. Then you are kicked out. Once you get hired, they kind of just throw you into the job. Training is heavily safety based but real job is nothing like that.
