Radio silence after an initial 30 minute phone screen. It’s amazing that in this day and age companies cannot take the time to reply to candidates after interviews. After reading the companies Glassdoor reviews you can see why Sunview struggles.

The process for me included 3 stages. First, a phone interview with HR. This was followed with a phone interview with the VP. Last, an in-person interview with several team members.
