The HR has no head or tale on how to conduct interviews. There is no internal coordination to make the process smooth and overall they waste your time by calling for an in person interview at the office at the most inconvenient time and don't even provide a proper JD for the role they want you to come and interview for. I waited for more than an over for an interview when the HR didn't even bother to check if the interviewer was available at the time. Extremely unprofessional atmosphere in the office space as more than 4 people were waiting over the same delay.
