It was very straightforward. I applied online with a covering letter and my CV. I didn't know much about the place at the time. I got an email, set up a call, and had a phone interview. It lasted for approximately 10 minutes and then I was offered the job on the spot. The details of the job were emailed to me along with the request that I let them know whether I'd take it within 2 working days.
