First step after applying was a phone call with a regional recruitment manager, then a two-part in-person session, first sitting through a company sales meeting, and then breaking into a smaller group for an orientation/interview with one of the regional sales managers.

They asked me about my sales experience, with specific emphasis on prospecting.
Pretty easy, looking to always hire. Just explain to them your plans to grow and what motivates you to succeed and you will be good to go. Low stress interview
Phone interview was strange to the point. After the initial there is a request to visit the office to see if you're a good fit for the company.
I'm the first to admit, this isn't for everyone, especially this job being some cold selling.

Standard but informative conversation with the territory lead where he walked me through the process of a sale in their business model. I left with a good understanding of the company workflow.
