In the beginning my recruiter was great with communication and was in constant contact with me. Everyone was super friendly throughout the process. I went through a screening, then was supposed to interview with the hiring manager and the VP of customer operations. The hiring manager did not show up to the interview and I spoke with the VP. This pushed me to another round of interviews but specifically with the hiring manager. I was told by the hiring manager that I would be informed of decisions within a few days because they were still interviewing candidates. However, it has been weeks and I got ghosted by the recruiter. I even reached out for an update and received no responses. It would have been nice to at least get a “No” after three rounds of interviews.
