Recruiter is very communicative - clear up front about the steps necessary. Questions are thoughtful, however, it was a very long process in my opinion - second to last round (total of 4 interview) was an in-person interview with assessments and interview of different people that work with that role, I was very exhausted at the end, but gave a nice overview of the role, company and cultuure.
