The initial phone screening was approximately 30 minutes. The second round was an hour with two people asking questions, the third round with was with the CRO and very grueling. All responses were answered in a thoughtful and concise manner. No follow up after all that. very disappointing- even if you aren't selected, shouldn't they tell you?
